Where is the food prepared?

At our warehouse. All cutting and preparation happen off-site before delivery, so nothing is prepared in your office — you receive fresh, ready-to-eat products.

Is there added sugar?

Fresh Natural Juice contains no added sugar. Fresh Fruit Cup and Power Smoothie rely on natural sweetness from seasonal fruit and dates where applicable.

How is fruit restocked?

BerryBox restocks based on actual consumption and removes unsold fruit with each visit, so your team always gets fresh fruit.

What happens to unsold products?

Unsold products are removed with each visit. Product rotation and freshness are handled entirely by BerryBox.

How much space is required?

Just a space for a refrigerator — your office provides the fridge, BerryBox doesn't. We confirm specifics during onboarding.
