Timeline depends on your scheduling and site readiness. Live day is day 7.
Everything you need to know about running BerryBox.
What space is required?
Just a refrigerator space to get started.
How long does setup take?
Approximately 7 days from agreement to go-live, including a one-day tasting. The timeline assumes prompt approvals, site access and site readiness.
What happens on first delivery?
On go-live day, fresh fruit arrives for the whole team and BerryBox stocks it into place — daily service officially starts.
How often is delivery?
Every working day. Fruit is prepared daily and delivered fresh to your office.
Where is the fruit prepared?
At our warehouse, before delivery. Cutting and full preparation happen off-site, so nothing is prepared in your office — your team just gets fresh, ready-to-eat products.
How does restocking work?
BerryBox restocks based on actual consumption and handles it entirely. Unsold fruit is removed with each visit, so fresh fruit is always available.
What happens when consumption changes?
Above the daily minimum, extra consumption is billed at the actual unit price. Below it, the agreed baseline still applies.
What happens to unused fruit?
Unsold fruit is removed with each visit. Details on product rotation and freshness are available directly from BerryBox.
Who handles support?
BerryBox does — through one designated point of contact. Maintenance needs are coordinated via the support channel.
Can the program change?
Quantities follow actual consumption and the product mix follows seasonal availability. Other adjustments are arranged with your designated contact.
Your office is ready. We handle the rest.
Choose your setup, confirm the space, and BerryBox takes the program from there.
